Join us Wednesday September 21, 2022 for a presentation on VDOT Bridge Inspections given by Shannon Turner, PE and Joshua Hill, PE of Moffatt & Nichol.

Shannon Turner, PE is a Bridge Inspection Project Manager with Moffatt & Nichol, focusing on leading multi-year municipal bridge inspection programs for the Cities of Newport News and Suffolk in Hampton Roads.

Josh Hill, PE is a Bridge Inspection Project Manager and ADCI-Certified Dive Supervisor with Moffatt & Nichol, focusing on leading multi-year bridge inspection programs for the Cities of Norfolk and Virginia Beach, as well as two Virginia Department of Transportation contracts for Safety Inspections of Highway Structures & Bridges—Hampton Roads District (Conventional) and Statewide Underwater.

This lunch meeting will be held at the VDOT office – James River A Room and will be from 11:30AM to 1:00PM. Cost is $20 for ASHE Members/VDOT staff and $25 for Non-Members. Payment can be made through the PayPal link below or at the time of the event.  Lunch will be provided by Taste.
