Please join us Tuesday, March 14, 2023 from 11:30 am to 1 pm at the VDOT Hampton Roads office for a lunch presentation by Sean Jessup, Senior Project Manager at Moffatt & Nichol. Sean will present an overview of the fast-growing offshore wind industry, providing background on offshore wind and its current growth in the USA. Sean will also discuss local projects in Hampton Roads such as the improvements to Portsmouth Marine Terminal (PMT) to support offshore wind. The presentation will include challenges both in the design of PMT to accommodate the wind components, and current construction challenges of the ongoing PMT project.

The Cost is $20 for ASHE Members/VDOT staff and $25 for Non-Members. Payment can be made through the PayPal link below or at the time of the event.  Lunch will be provided by Taste.
