ASHE of Greater Hampton Roads recently awarded Old Dominion University a new $20,000 scholarship pledge. Below is the text from thank you note received from ODU President John R. Broderick and an image has been posted to the Photo Gallery from the March dinner meeting where the first payment on the pledge was presented.

Dear Mr. Lahaie,

Please allow me to thank you for your pledge of $20,000 to the ASHE-GHR Scholarship in Engineering.

We greatly appreciate your support of our students’ academic experiences and yourcommitment to the University’s growth and success. Your generous donation will impact generations of students who look to Old Dominion University for high-quality education and to launch their careers and fulfill their dreams.
