Please join us March 20, 2018 at The Westin Virginia Beach Town Center for a presentation from Mr. Terrell Hughes, P.E. from the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) on Arterial Preservation. Mr. Hughes holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech and has served as the Conceptual Planning Manager for VDOT’s Transportation and Mobility Planning Division since June 2016. In that role, he is involved in the SMART SCALE funding prioritization process, Arterial Preservation, VDOT STARS, and a variety of planning studies. He also currently serves on the VDOT Innovative Intersection Committee and is currently the ASHE Old Dominion Section Vice President and the ASHE Mid-Atlantic Region Secretary. Prior to joining VDOT, Terrell worked as a consultant on a variety of VDOT and local projects.

Social time begins at 5:30pm with dinner starting promptly at 6:30pm. The presentation will begin at 7:00pm. Tickets are $35 for Members and $45 for Non-Members.
